Clear technology deserves clear privacy practices.

This policy applies to the LGTCS website at lgtcs.ae, our email communications, SafeSweep downloads made available through the website, and the SafeSweep desktop application. Third-party websites linked from our site have their own privacy practices.

We may handle limited information in the following circumstances:

• When you contact us: your email address, name, message, and any information you choose to include.
• When the website is delivered: technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events may be processed in hosting or network logs.
• When you download SafeSweep: the hosting provider may record a standard request for the download file. LGTCS does not currently require an account or registration to download it.

We use information only to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, deliver and secure the website, investigate technical issues, protect our services, and improve our products and communications. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.

SafeSweep is designed as a local-first application. Folder selection, scanning, duplicate comparison, review decisions, Vault movement, restore maps, and permanent sweep actions run on your computer. Your filenames, file contents, scan reports, and Vault contents are not uploaded to LGTCS by the application.

If you voluntarily send logs, screenshots, or files to us for support, we will handle that material as part of your support request. Please remove anything you do not want to share before sending it.

LGTCS does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics on this website. Essential network or security technologies may be used by our hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the site. If we introduce material analytics or cookie use later, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice or choices where required.

We use service providers for website hosting, content delivery, security, source-code hosting, downloads, and email. These providers may process limited technical or communication data under their own terms. Links to services such as GitHub take you to a third-party website governed by that provider's privacy policy.

We retain correspondence and operational records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or service security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email info@lgtcs.ae. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Our website and products are intended for business users and general audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

We may update this policy as our products, website, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
